This 5-week course explores the cultivation of mindful allyship in our daily lives. Through historical narrative, cultural exploration, and personal inquiry we invite ourselves to unpack the nuance of race, power, and privilege through a trauma-informed lens.

- Learn the dynamics of race, power, and privilege from an intersectional, trauma-informed perspective.
- Unpack your own internalized beliefs and assumptions about your racial identity and showing up to social justice work.
- Learn tools + techniques for creating grounded spaces for real conversation.

This course is open to all. The course facilitator will endeavor to offer content and dialouge that is decolonized, anti-racist, and intersectional in nature.

We need more informed, educated, compassionate, and heart-centered allies in our schools, offices, hospitals, non-profits, and government organizations. This is an opportunity to get to the real-world work of creating allyship that heals, not harms.
