    This 12-hour weekend training course is suitable for all of those interested in deepening their understanding of the human nervous system, and strategies for mindful response, recovery, and resilience.

  • Join The Collective

    The weekend intensive is hopefully the beginning of a wellness journey that leads to greater service for yourself + others. Upon course completion you’ll be invited to join Yellow Mat Wellness Collective — receiving access to volunteer and continuing education opportunities.
